RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are currently sourcing our online merchandise through an order fulfillment company. This allows us to offer our fans a wide variety of band merchandise without the worry of carrying and storing inventory and large upfront costs. As such, when you order any item from our store, it is printed on demand just for you. Therefore, we are unable to provide exchanges due to inaccurate sizing at this time or issue refunds. We ask that you carefully review the sizing chart on apparel items – we have included the size chart in both US (in) and metric (cm) for your convenience. We are currently printing primarily on the Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex Premium T-Shirt.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, due to a manufacturer’s error, fulfillment error or damage during shipping, our order fulfillment company will take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Please email photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip within 7 days to store@rhythmandrain.com and we will work on getting this corrected.

SHIPPING AND TAXES

Since we are sourcing through an order fulfillment company, it may take a little longer for your order to be fulfilled due to the item being printed, on demand, just for you. Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering, although sometimes it may take up to 7 business days on some items, then add on the shipping time selected at checkout. Please be patient!

Our estimated shipping delivery times are:
USA: 3-­8 business days
Canada: 6-­12 business days
World: 10-­20 business days

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at store@rhythmandrain.com with your order number, and we’ll see what can be done.

Our order fulfillment company is required to charge tax in certain states at the standard tax rate.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
